Pros: incredibly versatile, high quality, good support "Outstanding product. It’s very well made with heavy gauge metal. Takes all the dings and bumps without problem. I originally bought the trailer for hauling firewood from woods to shed, which it does very well. I can load it to overflowing and it handles the weight easily. The dump feature is a big time saver. And I’ve found by removing one or both of the box ends, and tying on with the winch the trailer could haul longer items and even act as a skidder. This summer I bought the flatbed option and have been using it for hauling construction materials into some tight spots. I’ve been completely satisfied with the trailer and the support from the manufacturer. A quality product easily configured for many different uses and many options available. Way more use than I thought I would ever get. Highly recommended."

“I love it, I just love it….I’ve done this kind of stuff with the dirt which is a heavy load. I’ve hauled rock;… it’s the dump, it’s the fact that you can dump it the way you do without killing your back…. I had the old trailer that was just the one everyone had where you have to pull the pin and lift it, well that defeats the whole purpose….. I mean this thing, just turn(crank) the load up and away you go. All I can say is that I’ve had the other trailers and this thing, because of the fact that it would lift without me breaking my back has become a real asset because my back like so many others is already sore. So I can still sit there and do everything I need to do, whether I’m hauling a half a cord of wood out of the bush, or rocks on the beach. I can get it where I want to go and just roll that leaver and let her dump in place. It’s got a way bigger payload than anything I’ve had before. It’s a lot deeper than you think when you start to look at how much you’ve got in it. I’m very very pleased with it. It’s not let me down. I can’t wait to use it more.”

“A few years back I bought a MUT trailer and I must say it is the best ATV trailer ever. I have moved hundreds of yards of sand and top soil at my cottage. Rolled it on more than one occasion and it just keeps on ticking. The winch feature is the best. There is no way I could unload the heavy loads I put in it without it.
I am now the proud owner of a 100 acre forest and have the need for a log skidder….”

Awesome tool for the house
"I have used this trailer for over a season and it was by far the best purchase I have ever made (even more so than the ATV :-)) . I have used it for hauling wood, soil, gravel and even moving stuff around the lot between seasons. The dumping feature works perfectly and regardless of load, it works well everytime. I have used it to clear brush and with removable front and back, pulling long trees out of the woods was easy. Very well built and puts other utility trailers to shame. I would buy it again in an instant. Only regret is not getting it sooner."

"I had been struggling around the farm with an old road trailer until I bought the MUTS. Boy it really is a versatile trailer. I bought the basic trailer with the mesh extensions to increase the height of the box when I was hauling lightweight materials such as wood chips. The tipping action is great, simple and effective, no need for complicated power hook ups just to tip small loads. It only takes minutes to convert from one set to the other from hauling loose materials to being able to haul trees. The powder coated paint finish is excellent and stands up to the rigors of country usage."

"We've worked this trailer really hard. It's worth 3 times what I paid for it. The dumping feature alone is worth the price of the trailer."

"...As you can see(in the picture) I like big loads...I really do like the trailer. It does work well....Thanks for a great trailer."

Hi Larry
I just checked out your website I really like the video. It is 100 times better than long written text or even photos. Well done!!!!
I was introduced to the MUTS trailer back in October 2004 when I bought my cottage in Bancroft Ontario. I have to say this is one of the best investments I have made. This trailer has been a real workhorse for 5 years now. I can say that I have REALLY put it to the test.
My property was pretty much a forest when we bought it and with the fact that we are 90 feet on a hill to the lake made it a bit odd to say the least to be able to go to the lake. But the MUTS did it skidding logs that seam impossible to haul. Up to 24 inch pine logs 10 feet long. BOY I thought I was going to wreck this thing, but no way!! It is still going strong just like it is built.

"I purchased one of your trailers in the spring of ’08 and used it last summer and fall in my bushlot, primarily for building ATV trails and hauling out firewood. I have found it to be an invaluable tool. It is well-designed and sturdily built.
The capacity of the trailer (both volume and weight) are remarkable. My trails are steep and mostly still rough. Some sections go across the slope and have not yet been levelled, but the design of the trailer allows the loading of partial loads down near the axle and between the wheels, which provides added stability. The dumping feature is definitely an advantage, and your system is considerably safer and easier to use than others I have seen. While I have not yet used the trailer for everything one might do with it, it has served me well for hauling road-fill up the hill and firewood down.
You’re after-purchase service and help (new winch rope, paint rebate) has been excellent. You’re “good people to deal with”, and I would recommend the product to anyone."

"Hello Paul,
Here is the testimonial I said I'd do for you way back at the Bancroft Log Expo...
The M.U.T trailer that my wife and I bought back in 2005 has not let us down. Using a 450 Arctic cat ATV, I haul about 40 face cord a year with it from a web of rough terrain 150 acres in size. I also use the winch to load 8-10 foot logs, averaging 10 inch diameter, into the trailer and haul them out of the bush as well. I haul about 2000 board feet worth of logs out every year. The winch, had no problem winching in a 300lbs+ black bear, while my neighbours stood back with dropped jaws in disbelief. The tires on the mut are GREAT. I haven't had to put air in them at all! It still has Larry's shop air in all four. The paint has held up well considering the abuse I've given it with firewood, logs, lumber, gravel, sand, and stones. No rust yet...but I better get those bare spots painted. The M.U.T is a great product as far as I'm concerned. It was well worth the money. Actually, the price was just about perfect at the time. Finally a well built product, that is not astronomical in price. I could go on and on about all the good points of this trailer. It "steps" make a perfect seat for those that don't mind inhaling ATV fumes on a trail ride.
I realize this isn't top notch writing, if you wish to use it, edit it as you like."

"...I tell so many people about them. I bought one last year...don't know why I waited so long. Every time I watch the video I learn something new... using the tailgate as a ramp for guiding in logs!! Brilliant!.... I love my M.U.T.S. trailer!"

I finally got to use my new Mighty Muts trailer after fixing my ongoing ATV problems...and it's outstanding. Really well designed and constructed and very versatile. Its exactly what I needed and it works great... P.S. I have had several neighbours take a look at it and they are all envious. I suspect that a couple of them will want their own.

Hello Larry June 30 2011
I just wanted to let you know how invaluable my MUTS trailer is. I picked it up on Sept. 1 2009 and have been putting it through its paces ever since.
We purchased 128 acres of woodlands and are building our dream home. Your trailer has been there every step of the way.
The MUT enabled us to clear the building site, and allowed for the removal and carting
of multiple large trees and related brush clean up.
ITS handled many large loads of lumber, and even loads of plywood.
The MUT facilitated the clean up of the site once the house was up.
Combined with my DR Power Tools wood chipper it has collected, transported, and spread an uncountable number of loads of wood chips on my trails.
Its main use of late has been the transporting of hundreds of loads of sand, gravel, and rock along my rugged ATV trails to a project that is located deep on the bush.
Other than a flat tire due to a poorly groomed trail, and my occasional overloading...the trailer has performed remarkably well.
Having a built in winch allows for the pulling of heavy items into the trailer such as our generator. It also allows for the gradual lifting, dumping or spreading of trailer contents.
This feature alone outshines all other ATV trailers.
I especially like the fact that the front and back panels can be removed, allowing for extra long loads.
The trailer is exceptionally well built, and has been able to handle every task I've thrown at it.
I would highly recommend this trailer to anyone who wants an ATV trailer that can be a true work horse.
Last but not least, it's made in Canada and has exceptional customer service! Two things this customer values deeply.

Good day Larry
Here is a picture of our Muts trailer during cleanup of our yard in Massachusetts after Hurricane/ Tropical Storm Irene. A wheel barrel would have taken two days, and been much more exhaustive. Thank You Muts Trailer! Hurricane Irene Muts Trailer.jpg
